The important factors of shaft precision

Roundness

Shaft diameter from 3mm to 10mm: less than 1.5S
Shaft diameter from 10mm to 30mm: less than 2.0S
Shaft diameter over 30mm: less than 3.0S

Diameter Measurement

g5, h5, g6, f6 are our standard products and we accept our customers requests for other major diameter tolerances

Cylindricity

Shaft diameter from 3mm to 10mm: less than 2.0S
Shaft diameter over 30mm: less than 3.0S

Straightness

0.015mm per 300mm (non cummulative)

Surface Finish

Ground bar: less than 1.5S
Ground & chrome plated bar: less than 1.2S
