The following information is confidential and is to be used exclusively by direct or indirect customers of Animatics Corporation and only for the purpose of supporting Animatics' products. Competitors or other parties who use this information for other than the expressed purpose will be liable for damages associated with such misuse. Animatics reserves the right to gather and use electronic data from entrants to this site for the enforcement of this agreement.

Customer agrees that neither itself, nor its employees, agents, or assigns will disclose any confidential information to any third party or competitor of Animatics Corporation. In this context, confidential information includes information about the design, construction, manufacturing, programming, components, and any future product enhancements, designs, or the like that might be revealed to Customer.
